      Setup calculation formula

       

      CALCULATION IN DELOGUE PLM


      An important part of working with prices in Delogue PLM is to have a calculation formula where you set up your calculation fields and formulas. The calculation formula is done in the Admin section, under 'Prices', and 'Calculation'.

      CALCULATION FIELDS


      There are five different types of calculation fields in Delogue PLM described in the table below. These are standard fields. In addition, you have also 'Brand target price' and 'Supplier cost price' which are not editable fields.

      CREATING A CALCULATION FORMULA


      1) Click the 'Add line' button



      2) In the new table row, start by naming your field. Then select the field type and currency using the respective drop-down menus


      3) Choose if the field should be visible and/or editable for your supplier(s) - simply click on the checkbox to active each option

      4) Lastly, type in the default value and click the small green icon to save

      Please notice:

      Default values will take effect on styles where there is not added any prices yet.
      It will never work together with "Update Default Values"

      ADJUST THE ORDER OF YOUR PRICE CALCULATION TABLE


      You can adjust the order of the different calculation fields. Simply drag the table rows (one at a time) and place them in the right position.


      All rows have a pointer icon, visible on the last column, making it easier to remember this functionality - just like in the Measurement Chart, in Styles.
