Export SKU and Barcodes

Your SKUs and Barcodes will be needed in your ERP, order system, etc. This article explains how you manually export SKUs and Barcodes to Excel.

Introduction & Best Practice

SKUs and Barcodes are key information and must be extracted from Delogue and into the ERP, your B2B or B2C order system, etc. Extraction can be done manually by an export to Excel or automated via a direct integration to the relevant platform. If you are looking for information about an integration please read here .

It is important to understand the difference between the SKU and the Style Number:

  • Style Number: The base identifier in Delogue - you find it in the header of the style
  • SKU Number: The unique purchasing identifier combining style + color + size
  • In Delogue, you work at the main style level, where one style can have multiple colors and sizes
  • The combination of these 3 dimensions (style + color + size) creates the final SKU number
