How to Use the Compliance Module
A walk through some of the key functionalities within the Compliance module.
- Scope Certificates
Setting up scope certificates is straightforward. Click on "Add Certificate," choose the type (in this case, "Scope"), and configure the certificate's details. You can set validity, expiration notification, state, categories, groups, institutes, suppliers, and more. Internal communication, files, custom fields, and usage information tabs are available for each certificate type.
- Transaction Certificates
Transaction certificates can also be added seamlessly. Connect them to the corresponding scope certificate and specify a purchase order number. Just like scope certificates, you can manage internal communication, files, custom fields, and usage information for transaction certificates.
- Product Certificates
Product certificates require you to add the certificate name and number in the header. Monitoring and Declaration of Conformity Generator subtabs become available when the certificate is set as Valid.
- Test Reports
For test reports, input test description, report number, purchase order number, and state. You can also track the request date, expected arrival date, and completion date. Add standards and log in ratings once you receive the results.
- Style and Items Compliance
Explore the Compliance subtab within a Style to effortlessly monitor certificates, tests, and results for the style and its components. Stay informed about validity and expiration dates, and gain insights into certificates and test results for BOM items.
