NOTE:
1. This is only an Excel export option - The certificates will not be visible on the screen version of the Style Custom Report.
2. All users, no matter what user role they have, can generate the export to Excel
3. Suppliers do not have this export option
4. To use this feature, your company must have the PRO license subscription and the Compliance module must be active on the platform
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:
Step 1:
Create the Style Custom Report
- Navigate to Reports > Style Custom Reports
- Create your Style Custom Report. Read here on how to create a Style Custom Report
See example below:
- You can edit the report using the "Columns" tab on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Now navigate to the Excel Export icon in the right-hand corner:
- A pop-up will appear.
To include the certificates on styles in the export then choose:
"ONE ROW PER STYLE CERTIFICATE"
- Click Export
- Go to Excel and check the file
NOTE:
In the Excel export, you will see all selected styles:
1. If a style has 2 certificates, this style will appear in 2 rows.
2. Styles without certificates will still appear in one row without certificate data. So this is a great way to check that certificates have been added to styles correctly, or if some are missing.
