Which report to use for what?
Style custom report:

The report is on style level (can be exported on SKU level)

Good for:

Collection overview

Check if all styles have been assigned a supplier

Which sample request has been created and what sample request is missing

You can change the state of the style to published

Filling out and checking prices

Filling out and checking custom fields

You can copy it for other seasons/topics

Exporting reports for importing data to other systems

You can share the report with your colleagues "SHARE REPORT" (after sharing, the reports become individual again)

Style sample report:

The report is on sample request level

Good for:

Overview of made sample request

The status/deadline of the sample request

You can see the total number of requested samples, if you click on the gray box you can see/change the amount, sizes and colors of ordered samples

You can do bulk action - first sort on sample type, then sort on status, then tick the left side and change the status or date, or add a note

You can copy it for other seasons/topics

You can share the report with your colleagues "SHARE REPORT" (after sharing, the reports become individual again)

Sample request overview:
- The report is on sample request/style/color/size level (almost like a PO)
- Good for:
- Overview of the requested samples/sizes/colors
- 1 line pr sample request/style/sizes/colors
- The amount per ordered style/sizes/colors samples
- You can export the report to excel – if needed, send it to your supplier, for them to get an overview of what is ordered, almost like a PO
- You CANNOT copy it for other seasons, but you can change the season by clicking on the pin
- You CANNOT share this report with your colleagues
