Style Custom report

Update data in your Custom Report

 

You can edit most of the data fields in your Custom Report.


Just set your entire report into edit mode by clicking on the "Edit Report" button.


Supplier User - you can only edit those fields you would be able to edit on any given style


Or simply double click on the specific field you want to edit


You can now edit all fields that have dark text.


A value will be saved when you:

  • Use the TAB key - this will save the value and take you to the next editable field
  • Use ARROW UP/DOWN key to go to the field just above/below - this will save the value and take you to the next editable field
  • Use CTRL+ENTER keys - this will save the value
  • Click on "View Report" button - this will save the value

If you have edited something in a field and do not want to save it - click the ESC key.

EDIT CUSTOM FIELDS PER COLOR OR SIZE


When you work with Custom Fields that are either per color or per size - you can edit these in the Style Custom Report.



When you mouse over any of these Custom Fields you will notice that there is a link on the values.


Click on the link and you get a pop-up where you can edit the values for this one specific Custom Field.


The pop-up will look similar for both colors and sizes - the only difference will be that you can see all colors for the Custom Field that is diff. per color.

And for those that are diff. per size, you will see all sizes.


On the pop-up, you will see the name of the Custom Field, the type, and the default value.

Now you can enter the needed values.

Remember to click "Ok" when you are done.

Please notice:

You can only edit one single Custom Field at a time.


FIELDS THAT CAN NOT BE EDITED


When you are in edit mode in your Custom Report - you will notice that there are certain fields that appear in a light grey text.

These fields can NOT be edited.


It is important to notice that if you have price fields in your report and these prices are differentiated per Color or per Size - these prices can NOT be edited.
