Learn how to create a size chart and explore the smart functionalities.
Introduction & Best Practice:
The size chart is the heart of a style and a key tool for optimizing the fit of a garment. The Delogue Size Chart has smart functionalities that allow you to work faster and have all the info in one place. We recommend that you create several "template size chart styles" of your designs and use these as a foundation when creating new styles.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:
Create your first Size Chart
Navigate to: Styles > Pick your style > Size Chart
Step 1:
Make the first choices for your size chart
- SIZE RANGE: Select from the drop-down the size range for the style
- UNIT: select the unit you want if other than the default size range that is already suggested
- GRADING SIZE: select the grading size you want if other than the default is suggested
- Click save
Learn in this article how to define a default unit and a default grading size
Step 2:
Create Size chart lines
- Now the size chart will display the first size chart line and the sizes available
- The grading size is highlighted in blue
Step 3:
Decide the active sizes
- You can now choose to keep all sizes active or deactivate some. A unique SKU will be created per active size, per style color in the Item list.
- We recommend that when size ranges are made, you make them as wide as possible, and then on the specific styles use this function to reduce the active sizes (if needed).

Step 4:
Fill in the grades and measurements
- Select your Point of Measure from the drop-down list. Read here how to set up the "Point of Measure" in Admin.
- +/- : set your measurement tolerance - add for example 1.5 or 1 as a tolerance
- The Grading size is marked with light blue and this is where you fill in the actual measurement for this point of measure.
- Grading steps are filled in per size:
* Before the grading size a minus ( - ) is added. Example: type "1" and the value is automatically " -1"
* After the grading size the value is positive. - To speed up use the field "GRADE":
Here you can fill in for example 2 (cm) and the system will add 2 as a grading step for all sizes. (-2 before the grading size). You can afterward adjust the steps for individual sizes and the value from "GRADE" will be overwritten - Click save on the green icon
- Add your next line by using "Add line"
NOTE: be aware that by adding a value to the field "GRADE" you will overwrite all grading steps in the size chart line.
