Transfer a Users contact or tasks to someone else
Sometimes you need to have someone take over for a colleague. In this article, we will explain how you can transfer tasks and contact duties to someone else
If your colleague is responsible for managing any styles, items, or tasks but is unavailable due to prolonged absence or leaving the company, you can transfer these responsibilities to another colleague within your organization. This feature can be very useful in ensuring that important tasks are not missed or delayed.
Steps:
- Go to Admin->Company Info
- Locate the relevant User that you want to transfer tasks and contact away from
- Simple click on the "Transfer" button
- Now you get a pop-up
- Here you can transfer the styles/ items and/ or tasks to another colleague in your company
- Simply select the name of the colleague you want to assign the issues to instead of the previous colleague
- Click on the button "OK" and all Tasks and/or Company Contact Person assignments are transferred
Remember:
You transfer all tasks and/or all contacts.
It is not possible to select which one you transfer.
