How to activate your invitation to Delogue PLM
When you are invited into Delogue you will receive an e-mail from service@delogue.com Below are the steps to follow
ACTIVATING YOUR DELOGUE PLM INVITATION
Once you have received the activation email from Delogue PLM:
1) Click on the link - or copy and paste the link into the address bar of your browser
2) You will be redirected to the first login page, with the username auto-filled
3) Here you define your password
NOTE: Your password must have min. 6 and max. 256 characters
4) Accept the terms of service before going further and click 'Submit' to finish
GOOD TO KNOW:
1) The activating link only works the first time you log in
2) Use my.delogue.com to access Delogue PLM the next time you log in
3) If you are located in Asia, please use my.delogue.asia instead
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THE EMAIL - THIS IS WHAT YOU DO:
You know you have been invited, but you never received the email.
Please check the following steps:
- Search for emails sent from service@delogue.com
- Make sure that it is not in your spam filter.
- If it was in your spam filter - please white list emails from service@delogue.com - this is to ensure that you will get all future emails. You might need help from your internal IT support to do this
- Make sure your company doesn't have a firewall that blocks Delogue PLM
