Why are my sample requests canceled?

Sample requests are only canceled for the following 3 reasons:

1) When a new measurement chart is imported from another style. Always make sure to read the pop-up message in this process and follow the steps.

2) When a style is canceled

3) If the size range has been changed in the measurement chart tab.

4) If you deactivate a style variant color in Items List and you have an active sample request for this style variant color.
