Supplier: Working with Prices
As a supplier user, this article helps you understand the specifics of working with prices in Delogue
Introduction & best practice
When you log in to Delogue PLM, you will see all the styles your customer has assigned to you in the style list on the left side of the platform. For a style to appear, your customer must first publish it. If you still cannot see the style, please check with your customer to ensure that you have been granted access to the relevant brand.

Style prices
When working with prices, you can enter your cost price directly on the style page. When your customer has allowed you access to other price fields, you can also enter and edit multiple price fields.
Navigate to: Styles
- Choose the specific style from the style list
- Click on the 'Prices' subtab

- Hover over 'Status' and click the 'pen' icon or double click on the price field you want to edit
- Type the price
- Optionally, enter a price comment
- Click the green 'save' icon to finish
NOTE: Your customer will not receive any notification when you edit prices or write a price comment. Remember to send a message through the communication subtab if you want to inform your customer about any changes.
Item prices
When working with prices, you can add item prices, and this can either be one price for all sizes and colours or different prices per colour and size. When you have permission from your customer to fill in item prices, you are able to edit prices and add minimum quantities.
Navigate to: Items
- Choose the specific item from the items list
- Click on the 'Prices' subtab

- Hover over 'Status' and click the 'pen' icon or double click on the price field you want to edit
- Type the price
- Optionally, enter a minimum order quantity
- Click the green 'save' icon to finish
NOTE: The changes you make will be logged.
No access to item prices
If you don't have access to fill in prices, you will see a lock icon, and you won't be able to edit any price details. Ask your customer to allow you access if you agreed to exchange information on item prices.
