Why can't I edit the item supplier?

If it appears that you can not select a different Supplier for your Item it is because you have set prices for this Item. Here is what to do

If you need to change the Item Supplier, and the item has prices - you will have to remove the prices first, and then change the supplier

1. Go to the Item "Prices" sub-tab.
2. Set it into Edit mode and delete whatever price you have entered.
3. Save the prices.
4. Click on another sub-tab
5. Now you are able to edit your Item header and change the supplier.

Once you have done that - you can go back to the price tab and re-enter the correct prices for this, new, supplier.
