Here's the new great features released in September 2023.

Batch Item replace - Professional feature

This feature will allow to replace an item on multiple styles without having to do it manually. In order to use this new feature you should have the batch modifications role active. 

In Item > Used in Styles a new button called "Item replace" is added. Select the item and then click on it. The placement will be kept the same. The article quantity will also be kept the same, as long as the new item has the same unit.

A popup will appear; choose the item you want to replace it with. Click on "Next"; here you can also decide to replace the color. Optionally, you can select an item color to map to all style colorways.

Then you can also decide to send a message about the replacement. You can choose multiple senders for your message. The first contacts to show will be those directly affected by the change, for example the brand contact for the style in question. But you can also choose to notify other colleagues and suppliers. This step is also optional. 

At the bottom of the page you will find a short summary of all the changes. Click on confirm to view the final confirmation screen.    

Once the replacement process is complete, you will be able to see the log change in the item's communication tab. Make sure to have the log changes option active. In addition, you will receive an email to your personal inbox. If the item replacement fails, you will also be informed by email. Make sure to also check the spam folder, as some email could end up there.
