Let your Supplier edit Care Instructions

You might want your Suppliers to set up or edit the Care Instructions.

This can easily be done.

• Admin setting to allow Suppliers to edit Care Instructions
• Allow Suppliers to Edit Care Instructions on Style level

ADMIN SETTINGS

When you start using Care Instructions the default setting will be that Suppliers are NOT allowed to edit Care Instruction.

As Admin you can change that setting for your company - remember you Admin will need the Care Instruction Role.

Go to the Admin section - Care Instructions and select the sub-tab "Settings"

Mouse hover over the area and click on the edit button.

You can now set a check-mark in "Set default to "Unlock" - remember to save the setting.

Please notice: Changing the setting will change for ALL styles - no matter what their style level setting was.

SET EDIT PERMISSION FOR SUPPLIERS DIRECTLY ON STYLE LEVEL

No matter what default setting you have set up in the Admin section - you can always set something different on a single style.

On the Care Instructions sub-tab at any style, you will see a small Lock icon.

When it is locked - the Supplier can NOT edit the care instructions.

You click on the icon and it will become unlocked - now the Supplier can edit the care instructions.
