Important! Platform Maintenance 15-18/sep

As an important step to obtain a more stable and better performing platform, we will move Delogue from AWS to Azure.

The migration from our current hosting on AWS to Azure will take place from:

Friday 15th of September 2023 at 8:00PM CEST
until
Monday 18th of September at 07:00AM CEST

During this transition, there will be NO access to the Delogue platform to ensure a smooth migration process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to minimize disruptions.

Why:

This migration is part of our ongoing efforts to improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of Delogue. Azure offers a robust and secure cloud infrastructure that will enable us to provide you with a more seamless and efficient user experience.

What changes to expect:

While we have taken every precaution to ensure a seamless transition, there are a few changes you may notice:

  • Improved Performance: You can expect faster load times and enhanced responsiveness within the application.
  • Enhanced Security: Azure's advanced security features will further safeguard your data and privacy.
  • Increased Reliability: We are implementing redundant systems to reduce the likelihood of service interruptions.

What you need to do, if you have Delogue integrated to other tools:


In most cases, there is no action required on your part. However, if you encounter any issues or have questions during or after the migration, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.

If you are using our FTP export and has Delogue server IP whitelisted, You will have to change to our new ip which is: 40.118.103.13.
