Please follow these steps to reset your password:
1) Click "Problems login in? Forgot your password?" as shown in the image below.
2) Type in your email address and click 'Continue'
3) You will now receive an email with a link - click on the link in the email.
4) Choose a new password and click OK to save
5) Now go back to: my.delogue.com
Type your username (email)
Type your new password and click "log in"
