In Delogue PLM, following lets you subscribe to specific styles or items so that only the information relevant to you is surfaced. Use the heart icon on any style or item to start following it, then use the filter options to focus your view. If you are managing a large number of styles and items and need a clearer, more focused view of your work, this guide is for you.
HOW TO FOLLOW A STYLE
Following a style means you will receive updates on all activity and changes occurring within that style. When you are the contact person of a style, you are automatically following it.
In the styles section:
- Choose a style and click the heart icon on the right side of the style header.
- Once clicked, the heart will turn red — this means you are now following this style.
- To unfollow this style, click the heart icon again to make it inactive.
When you no longer want to follow, click the icon again to make it inactive.
How to use filters for followed styles and items
Once you are following styles or items, you can filter your views to display only the ones relevant to you.
- Go to the Styles or Items section.
- Open the filter options at the top of the list.
- Select the Followed filter to display only the styles or items you are currently following.
- To remove the filter, deselect the Followed option to return to the full list.
HOW TO FOLLOW AN ITEM
Following an item is the same as following a style. Simply go to the Items section, select the item you want to follow, and click the heart icon.
